Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal
Our Tampa-area law firm is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal to manage a busy caseload of approximately 40–50 personal injury matters from intake through settlement.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury files throughout the pre-litigation process.
- Obtain and organize medical records, billing records, insurance disclosures, and lien information.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case updates.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure compliance with physician-recommended treatment plans.
- Monitor case progress and deadlines to ensure timely movement toward settlement.
- Work closely with attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with settlement preparation and case resolution.
Qualifications
- Prior experience handling pre-litigation personal injury cases in a plaintiff-side law firm.
- Strong organizational and case management skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and proactively.
