The firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to fill an expanding need in representing our clients. The vast majority of the work will be in patent, trademark and copyright litigation matters almost exclusively in federal court.

This is an advanced level position for candidates with 7-10 years of experience. Applicant must be licensed to practice before the highest court of any state. Admission to the Nevada state bar preferred but not required. Please email cover letter, resume, and salary requirements.

Duties:

• Work as lead attorney on assigned cases
• Provide mentoring to junior attorneys
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Assist with case management and preparation for litigation
• Review and analyze documents, evidence, and legal filings
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary
• Collaborate with other attorneys to develop case strategies and arguments
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
• Represent clients in trial

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in at least one state
• Knowledge of patent/trademark/copyright laws, regulations, and procedures or willingness to learn
• Litigation experience
• Trial experience is a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A can do attitude
• Passion to help clients
